Dr. Baxter offers family eye care services while specializing in children's vision and testing of perceptual skills. She received her B.S. degree and a Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston in 1980.
She is board certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease and is a consultant to the Conroe and Spring Independent School Districts.
As a graduate student at the University of Houston, Dr. Baxter worked in the University's Interdisciplinary Clinic in the area of optometry, education, sociology, and psychology for children with learning disabilities.
